Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the heater has not been installed, used, or altered and remains in its original condition and packaging.

Heaters that have been installed cannot be returned. Once a heater has been installed, it must be deconstructed to be removed, which can compromise the product and its components and means the heater can no longer be considered new or resalable.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of heaters that have been installed.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.

If you require a different product, size, or specification, you will need to return the eligible, uninstalled item within the 14 day return period and place a new order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Customers have a 30-minute grace period from the time their order is placed to request a cancellation or make changes to their order.

After the 30-minute grace period has expired, orders cannot be cancelled or amended. This is because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
